ABT’s primary membrane products are globally leading ultra-high flux, ultra-low energy consumption, and long-life ultrafiltration (UF) membrane modules and integrated systems. These can be widely applied in municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, potable water, and water reclamation treatment.
The main products include Submerged UF and Pressurized UF.
All ABT membrane products feature core filtration membranes manufactured with German technology, offering the advantages of small pore size, excellent uniformity, and high flux.
Advantages of Submerged Hollow Fiber Membrane Modules:
(1) Small membrane pore size, excellent anti-fouling performance
(2) High uniformity of membrane pore size, ensuring stable operation
(3) High membrane porosity, delivering high operational flux
(4) Reinforced braided tube inner-lined hollow fiber membranes, eliminating fiber breakage
(5) High chemical resistance, extended service life
(6) Flexible module assembly
(7) Lower initial investment cost for membrane system equipment
(8) Low operating costs, reduced energy consumption and labor requirements
The pressurized ultrafiltration membrane element utilizes German-engineered, reinforced PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes with a characteristic of zero fiber breakage. It is suitable for extreme conditions with influent SS levels up to 1000 mg/L. This UF membrane element reduces wastewater production volume by 50% compared to traditional products. For challenging raw water sources like turbid river water or seawater desalination, it also offers a highly integrated frameless membrane system structure design, enabling easy installation and space savings. Pressurized ultrafiltration membrane elements are widely used in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, water reuse, seawater desalination, and drinking water treatment.
Advantages of Pressurized Hollow Fiber Membrane Elements:
(1) Ultra-high-strength membrane fibers
(2) Advanced encapsulation design
(3) Low wastewater discharge volume
(4) High membrane porosity, delivering high operational flux
(5) High chemical resistance, extended service life
